The inaugural IPHatchDay, an open innovation competition that aims to leverage on Intellectual Property (IP) and Technologies to develop scalable business idea, launched at BIP Asia 2018 Hong Kong on 06 December 2018.
IPHatchDay is organised by Piece Future and co-organised by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKDTC).
More than 200 individuals have registered for the IPHatchDay launch, including individuals and representatives from Small and Medium Enterprises, multinational corporations, legal firms and industry organisations. Attendees experienced first-hand how IP and Technologies can be commercialised by getting a glimpse of the 10 innovative business concepts and supporting IP and Technology Portfolio on offer at IPHatchDay.
